D1 track and field athlete, woman in sport, and content creator. She’s a daughter, a big sister, and is passionate about inspiring others. Some of Hayley’s outstanding accolades:

How It Started

Hayley grew up in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Sports had always been a huge part of her life, growing up around parents who were both athletic and coaches. She played every sport in her early days, falling in love with gymnastics before finding her true passion for track and field. Hayley has always had goals of competing for her country on the world stage. She has her eyes on the 2028 LA Olympics! Hayley also aspires to pursue a professional career working in sports beyond her own athletic endeavors. Growing the game (especially for women) has always been important to her.

Hayley’s collegiate track and field journey began at Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. She ran for the Chippewas for 4 years, completing her undergraduate studies before transferring to the University of Central Florida for her graduate year!

Hayley began her journey in professional sports during her senior year of college. After realizing that her true passion lied in the world of sports, she decided to pivot and put all of her focus on sports business. In her first year of grad school at UCF, she’s worked for a professional women’s volleyball team, attended conferences, and built a foundation for a career in the sports world.

Content Creator

Hayley has always been a creative and loved to share stories of her life with others. She began to take her social media and content creation journey seriously back in January 2024. Since then, she’s built an audience of over 12k on Instagram, 6k on TikTok, and has plans to expand to other platforms in the near future! She’s always looking for authentic brands to collaborate with who will support her on her journey to the Olympics in 2028.
